To Discuss and Vote on the Proposed
Development at
Walnut Hill & Central Expressway
(Zoning case Z034-202 RB)
Dear
Neighbors,
The
Dallas Plan Commission is scheduled to hold its public hearing of the proposed
development noted above next Thursday, August 12 at
Your
Homeowner’s Association Leadership, the Civic Affairs Committee, and the Task
Force formed to examine this issue have been working with the developer
(Provident) and the City Plan Commission to understand the proposed development
and influence the developer’s proposal so that, if approved by the Plan
Commission, it has a positive impact on our neighborhood.
In
order to prepare our comprehensive neighborhood position, the Task Force
Members will be presenting their findings and recommendations to our entire
neighborhood for discussion, and will be asking you to indicate your support of
or opposition to the recommendations. We
will also discuss bus transportation to and from the hearing that we are
organizing with other area neighborhood associations.
